Feature Request: Multiple Playlist management

Not sure if this is the place, but I would like to request a feature for playlist management of multiple receivers. An example would be, I can start a recording or delete a series from my basement receiver while using the living room receiver.

Just a note, the MRV is an awesome feature that my wife and I use all the time and it works great.

Thanks,

Will

Some enhanced management will possibly occur and may well be in the pipeline. How much remains to be seen. Some folks, such as our family, wouldn't use the feature you request. Reason? We each have our "own" DVR and we each record the programs that interest us, and manage our playlist to suit our personal wants. My 11 year old has his stuff and I don't mess with it, and doesn't mess with mine, and of course no one messes with Mama's.

If you'd like Directv to see this suggestion you might consider emailing them as they do not participate in the forums, only us users.

i know this isn't the place...

however i would like a whole house treatment. schedule a recording from any receiver, and the systerm just figures out which dvr to record it on based on what's recording on each dvr. For instance say i want to record 3 programs at 8 pm. System knows i have 2 dvrs. automatically schedules 2 8pm recordings on receiver 1 and puts the other on receiver2.

To me - that would be a killer feature. of course - you could still manage each box individually.

I just installed my 2nd DVR H22-100 and networked them together, via a hard wired box to box wire. I add the 2nd DVR to my account to activate it. I set up the Multi room network via the setup, and I only see the one DVR L/R recorded shows from the master L/R on this 2nd unit. I also tried to record from the remote 2nd DVR and it seems to only record to the Master DVR. Is there a way to select DVR L/R and DVR B/R? if so how do I do this..? I mean if I have 2 DVR's I with 100hrs of recording time, I should be able to access both harddrives, I would think.
