for 3 days my tv has been going out. I have done the troubleshooting no luck

I am getting codes of 775 and 771, I have tried unplugging the Swim and other instructions, no success. I have tried contacting Directv,sent msg and reply?oh, we will get back with you in 1 hour" no response. Its impossible to contact a real person. As far as I am concerned they can come pickup their equipment today. This is what you get for $100.00  a month?

When was your equipment installed?

These are pretty simple issues for a tech to fix. Most likely your dish is not aimed properly, or you have loose/defective coax cable connection somewhere. Just call DirecTV and get it fixed.
