Fox Sports North HD "grayed out" (not recordable!)

About a week ago I started experiencing the following problem.  I should be able to receive & record Fox Sports North HD as it is part of my package, (I also just confirmed this with a DirecTV customer service representative,) and in the past this was never a problem, however starting last week, this channel (#668) disappeared from my grid.  I can enter it (668) using the remote, and the programming appears, but it is "grayed out" on the grid, and when I try to record it, I receive the error message that my receiver is "not authorized to receive/record this channel."  This as I am watching the channel. So I called a DirecTV customer service representative and they gave me the reset/unplug the DVR advice, which I've done repeatedly. THIS IS NOT THE PROBLEM!!!  However I am at a complete loss as to what else I can try.  This is the same on both of my DVR boxes, and all other channels are absolutely fine and as they should be on both DVRs. One other thing worth mentioning is that last week when this issue began, I was getting FOX Sports North HD programming on Center Ice Channel 771-1 and I was able to record it there, (I am NOT a Center Ice subscriber?!?!?) Tonight's Wild game is on Center Ice Channel 774-1, but I can't assume I will have access to it.The DirecTV customer service representatives are useless at this point.  Their troubleshooting "menu" has nothing about this kind of problem and I need to be able to record my MN. Wild hockey games!!! Any and all help will be greatly appreciated..THANKS!
