Gemini "locks up" when using Control4 Halo Remote
I've had the Gemini boxes since they came out earlier this year. A few months ago, we replaced our universal remotes in our theater with the Control4 Halo. It uses a controller and has IR flashers to control all devices.
About a month ago, my Gemini started locking up 1-2 times a day. It is still playing video, but no buttons work on the Control4 remote, and even using the Gemini remote doesn't work. It plays a "bonk" sound every time a button is pressed.
I have to do a reboot every time this happens.
The really odd thing is that it doesn't appear to be an issue with this exact Gemini box. I swapped it out with one in our bedroom and it happens with that box as well. And neither one locks up when we just use it with the Gemini remote.
Does anyone have any idea why a 3rd party remote could cause the device to behave this way?

Thanks for the response, and I appreciate it, but it is just relaying IR signals to the box. How could it cause the device to become unresponsive. The Gemini remote won't work either until I reboot it.
