Gemini with Harmony Elite

I used the DirecTV C71K setting. Actually it might have still said "AT&T C71K".

I've done that and it gets weird...If you go to "guide" and dial in a channel you want to view , it automatically connects you to that channel rather than it wait until you select it to play and a few other "gems"

What do you mean by "dial in a channel"?

So in "favorite channels" on the Elite Remote, if you are on channel 6 and hit guide and select 217, it used to just show you what's on, then you hit enter if you wanted to watch it...now if you do the same it switched to that channel and doesn't wait for you to hit enter/select! Hence you can't "guide surf" as before with the Genie boxes

Hmmm, I just assumed that's how it worked. Typically when I bring up the guide I use the up/down arrows to scroll. 

Can you teach commands from Gemini remote to Harmony Elite, such as Apps button? 

Since Logitech is no longer making the Harmony line it is unknown if they are still allowing them to learn new codes, all you can do is try.

If you use favorites on the Harmony it goes to the app menu.  The volume of the channel is there press exit and the channel comes up.  Unless harmony updates there software for the Gemini I doubt it will get fixed
