Genie 2 has solid yellow status light and 771 error

Ive had this problem since yesterday. Just had everything installed not even a week ago. Ive done a reset and both lights are green for about 5 minutes then the status light changes back to yellow and the 771 signal loss error comes up on and off the screen. The satellite readings are all 95-100. The weather has been fine except cloudy
