Genie 2 HS17-100 and C41w-500 to a Vankyo V630 Projector no 720p and 1080i

V630 Connecting to a HS17/Genie 2 C41w-500 Wireless on power up 720p and 1080i are omitted,
480i and 480p and 1080p are the only supported resolution formats which means only SD picture format (480i or 480p)
The Vankyo V630 only supports 480p from the C41w-500 for about 7 hours the a message appears on the screen that HD 720p and 1080i are now supported this happens on every power up (have to wait about 7 hours).
1080p works OK on laptop & PC at 1080p also tested a Chromecast its OK on 1080p.
1080p no workee DirecTV and maybe should not
as 720p and 1080i really looks great when u can obtain it about 7 hours or so..
Tried all work arounds worked with DirecTV Nada! Not their problem I guess.
If no Firmware UpDate will have to return it...
Seems no Protocol between V630 and HS17/C41w is working on power up (480i 480p = SD), DTV working on a fix & Vankyo now I hope. However, please kindly understand that our projector is more like a monitor, it will display what you have inputted.
The performance depends on the pictures or videos source in your devices. If you display 480p videos, it will show 480p viewing performance.
To get a better HD performance, we advise you can please select some pictures or videos with 1080p.

Found out a work around
C41w-500 power off & Vankyo V630 power off!!!!!
Power Up the Vankyo V630 First Make sure its on HD1 or HD2 in my case HD1 , let the V630 fully power up blank screen de press OK key on V630 then power up C41w-500
Cable sent with V630 "Can not 1080p HDMI cable required" this is from the resolution menu off the c41w-500, so it does appear to be a time ing issue between the devices...
Now I have on the C41w-500 480i 480p 720p 1080i on resolution menu can all be changed but 1080p HDMI cable required so it can not be checked . have to go thru all my cables for a
"HDCP 2.2" or a cable for HDMI 4K type....

You've discovered an all-too-common "HDMI Handshake" issue.
Changing the startup order of your devices is a common workaround.
