Genie 2
Hello,
So I upgraded to the Genie 2 and I have my shows set to keep until I delete. 4 weeks into the new prime tv season, all my shows I watch are only keeping 2 episodes the others are deleted. Any clues as to why? This happened on my original genie as well.

We understand that you're having trouble with missing recordings. Don't worry, we can point you in the right direction.
This is a known issue, please check out this forums thread that has a work around solution until the issue is resolved. Please let us know if that helps.

The workaround did not work. They are deleted and I did not delete them but they show deleted by my box in my room. it does it for the 27 shows I record on my genie 2.
