Does it do this every time you power it on? Have you tried manually restarting it by unplugging it for 20 seconds and then plugging it back in and powering it back up? Are you seeing any error messages or codes, or anything at all on your TV?
@ATTHelp yes, it does this every time. I have tried restarting it and no error messages occur. The screen blacks out after the orange light flashes then turns off
