Genie reboots after SW update (0x13af)

After the latest software update (0x13af 6/23/2020 4:49am)...my Genie II reboots every 16min. They closed the last thread here because it centers around an external HDD, and they won't address that component.

After multiple posts here on the forum, and MULTIPLE calls to DTV...they agreed to upgrade my Genie II DVR and the Genie Minis for free.

Then I get the bill for a one time charge of $800 to upgrade my hardware after my 24years of continuous service!!!!

Bah ha ha ha ha!  DirecTV now cannot figure out how to fix that bill.

DTV users, if you haven't contacted billing, tech support, retention lately...you're in for a major SHOCK!

When I contacted Dish Network...they opened my eyes to where technology is NOW in 2020!

So,y byebye DTV...and oh, kiss my (Edited per community guidelines)!
