Genie Receiver won't reset & Wireless Video Bridge inactive

Turned TV on and Genie would not respond to remote.  Reset receiver twice and each time it would come up with the screen saying the Wireless Video Bridge inactive.  Reset again and now the Genie is flashing red and won't respond.

Have you also tried resetting the Wireless Video Bridge?

What DVR/Receiver models do you have?
