Genie Remote
when in Guide pushing the up arrow the numbers increase and down arrow numbers decrease.
However now its just the opposite. How do I get it back the way it was?
And what did I do to reverse it so I don't do that again? Thank You.

I’ve never heard of such an issue before. The remote is defective or your receiver needs to be restarted. Try the red button reset (side by the access card for HR54 series or front where it says ‘PUSH’)

If I do a reset will I lose all the movies saved on List?

Valentina they are saved in the cloud for DIRECTV STREAM, not traditional DIRECTV satellite. With DIRECTV satellite, recordings are stored on a hard drive.
@hagarone doing a red button reset does NOT remove recordings or anything else. Think of it like unplugging your receiver and plugging it back in.

I did push the red reset button. The issue is still there. Fortunately the many movies we saved are still there.
Any other thoughts? I appreciate the responses.
