Getting 775 error while accessing both of my TVs

Both of my TVs are giving me a 775 error signal.  I have called numerous numbers for help, even one that says help available 24/7 but they all say to call back during business hours, even the one that says available 24/7.

Have you checked your SWM multi switches/splitters or power inserters to be sure that they are plugged in properly and that the coax is finger tight? 775 usually means an issue with the SWM power inserter or SWM splitters/multi switches.

Direct TV resolved my issue relatively quickly and the lady was very kind and patient with me.  Kudos to her!!
