Getting black screens at random and randomly screen will go out. Buttons lag on remote.
Screen will randomly go black Then come back. Often the screen will go blank then a direct tv connect screen comes up. To pause, fast forward, change channel, and to even turn on lags about 20 seconds. I have changed the batteries in the remote as well.

Can you clarify with us what model of DirecTV DVR and remote that are experiencing this issue?
