GETTING NO SERVICE WITH CLAIM
I have called NUMEROUS times! I have been given an incident claim # and when I called again to complain that I hadn't received information in the mail (to complete filing of claim) I was told that it was an invalid claim #!! I have left messages for risk management and have not received any calls back, or emails, or information in the mail. HOW DO I GET HELP WHEN A TECHNICIAN RUINED MY NEW ROOF???

They will be able to help and get you the needed answer.
