Getting wires buried

I had Direct TV installed at my house 6+ months ago.  The tech ran a cable in the yard and put the dish on temporary mount (a bunch of plastic bins) and said someone would contact us to bury the cable and mount the dish on a pole.  Nothing.

I've called three times to get this done.  The first time, despite having explained the issue very clearly, they sent a tech to repair the service (which did not need to be fixed) and he didn't have the right equipment to do the work.   He said he'd report the problem.  Still nothing. I called the Buried Wire Center -- the said they couldn't help and referred me to the 844-822-3352 number. The customer service rep apologized and said he'd opened a ticket (I have a confirmation #) and that I'd hear from the dispatch team within 72 hours to schedule the work. Nothing.  Called again, got new conf. #, was promised a scheduling call back within 24 hours.  STILL NOTHING.

Can someone help me get this done??

Sorry no one here can help get it done. This is a customer populated forum not directv. Those installers are local subcontractors I would call them out and post pics of the install on their Yelp page

Start with 1-800-531-5000 and ask for a dish re-location --explain Why
