Glitching
My recording are glitching and skipping also one of my genie mini the hdmi port isn't working since a storm.
I had to hook it up to a old tv with a composite cable. I need to get this equipment changed out so I can quit streaming my shows that wont record properly. I have had this equipment over 10 years and am thinking about canceling since I cant watch my shows.

You need to call DTV.

The last time I had a box go out it took weeks of calling to get it replace and then I had a dvr and they replaced it with a non dvr (said they dont do dvr anymore.) Then the tech threw the old box in the trash saying they were told to because of so many from storm.
Then they charged me for not returning the box and it took months of calling to get my money back. So you can see why I hate calling

This is a customer to customer forum with no access to any accounts unless DTVhelp sends you a PM/DM there is nothing we can do.
DTV only has DVRs for residential accounts.
