I have a hd/dvr and it is connected to a new hd tv with a hdmi cable but the new interface has not downloaded.
The tv has been istalled to the tv for a week already please help.

chelly...the national rollout for the new gui just started 2 days ago...havent seen tx mentioned yet but the rollout will continue into the new year...just be patient and you will get it eventually

I got your reply but i have other hd/dvr and hd ird's and they have the new system guide? so it must be something else but what?

have you tried to force a software download? if you had done that for the other receivers then that might explain why some do and some don't. is never a good idea to force software as the receiver can download beta software that can be very unstable.

I'm in miami and one of my receivers got it yesterday but my newer one HR24 doesn't have it yet... any ideas?

no never did a force software the new interface on other ird's started on nov. 1st
