Guide not displaying programs’ titles

For the last view days, the program guide has not displayed the titles of current or future programs. Instead of displaying the title, it shows “Title not available” or “to be announced.” Because of this, the DVR is not recording scheduled programs, even though the programs are being broadcast at their scheduled times.

This is happening with numerous programs on numerous channels.

i have reset the receiver to see if this solves the problem, but it does not.
