H23 - 600 receiver blue screen

I can't get my receiver to reboot past the blue screen menus...tried reset button...a/c plug...reset and hold down menu button...it just keeps cycling through reset and blue screen and then powers down and repeats...HELP...this is new receiver installed in June and it did work then...
