H23-600 Stuck At Step 1 of 2

Hello,

About 2 days ago our H23-600 decided to reboot and get stuck at the Step 1 of 2 screen "Checking Satellite Settings" and won't go beyond it.

I've tried reseting it, unplugging for 30 minutes, forcing a software download (was same version) etc. I even went into the DIAG screen and *EVERYTHING* passes. Even the part where it checks the sat signal on channel 100, the channel comes up on the TV, video and all. But for some reason it won't go past Step 1 of 2 even after sitting there over night. We have 2 other boxes that are working just fine, so it's not the dish or anything (plus with the diag test showing channel 100 fine...)

Any ideas on what else it could be and what are some things I could try?
