H24 Channel guide only 5 days

How long ago was the power out it can 24 to 48 hours for the full guide to come back -- -you can reset the receiver using the red button next to the access card and then if everything is okay the guide will return to full seven days - if not you may other issue's and request a service visit 800-531-5000

The receiver has had only a 5 day guide for years even after resetting or power outages. I ask my question because after the latest power outage the guide was displaying 7 days with programs listed in the 7th day. The next morning the guide was only 5 days. Days 6+7 disappeared. Even after waiting days in the past after outages or resetting there was only 5 days. The receiver is refurbished by directv. Just wondering if there is a setting to get the full 7 days.
