Have 2 dtv accts, both thru my apartment complex mandatory. Just noticed I have late charges

I Have 2 dtv accts, both thru my apartment complex they made it mandatory a year half ago approx. I was given 3 receivers, but only recently got one of them working after a day in Tucson called to assist me. I never willingly or wantonly created a second account with dtv. When the receivers were originally given out, mine did not work, a tech was requested to come help install the receiver and connect to my internet for POV. He never returned with the part he needed, and I placed my 3 receivers in a dresser stored. I would like to eleminate the debt my acct shows, and return any equipment you would like returned, to squash this double account issue. I was required to allow dtv into my apartment terms of lease specify, but I never personally set up a dtv account or used any of your services u til a DTV sales/ lady from Tucson AZ called out of the blue and asked me to follow her instructions to set up a receiver. Since it was free and not being used. I Just noticed I have late charges on a phantom personal acct, and would like to arbitrate or illiminate this faulty account andHave 2 dtv accts, both thru my apartment complex mandatory.
