Receiver model? If the receiver is asking you to stream the channel over broadband then that means signal loss which means a misaligned dish/issue with connection to dish. What error code are you receiving? What new software are you running?

Thanks to @detuch254 for the prompt response. @beery, thanks for keeping us updated.
In order to take a closer look into this, we would like to know if this happens in all the channels (not locals only). Also, please confirm if you're receiving a Flashing Yellow, or if it's a Solid yellow. And finally, if we can confirm if there's any error code, it would be highly appreciated.
We'll be attentive to your response.

Ok we've noticed it on IFC, the food network,CMT and other random channels. My wife did tell me that both lights are solid green for now. Before this update we were having issues with those channels only playing in low res but i cant remember the code 771 is what i think but it doesnt sound right

If you see error code 771, your dish isn't communicating with the satellite

771 is not caused by the dish not communicating with the satellite. It's caused by the satellite signal at the receiver being too low. Typically some channels will give you a 771 and others won't, that's because the channels come from different satellites. Almost always indicates your dish needs realigning.

The update didn't do anything to cause this as you where having the problem before the update and as stated it is most likely an alignment problem. I believe the new update added the ability to stream that channel from the internet when there is low signal since the low res SD channels are going away.
