HDDVR in Master Bedroom-incorect channels

I am experiencing problems with my HDDVR receiver. Sometimes when tuning to channel 511 it shows channel 308. It thinks it's on this channel but it's not. Another situation is on the baseball channels. When tuned in to Masn2 - 641 ,it show another channel 669. This has happened sveral times with differant channels. I varify this by checking this out on my other HDDVR receiver in the living room and it goes to the correct channel.

 I have reset the reciever several times but it doesn't seem to correct the problem. Sometimes I can correct the situation by changing the up & down channel buttons but this not always work.

 Please advise on how to correct this situation or does the HDDVR need replaced. Thanks Jack
