HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!! NUMEROUS MISSED INSTALLATION APPOINTMENTS

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?!?!?! I have been a DIRECTV customer since 2003 with only a 2-year break when my husband decided he wanted to try a different TV service. 01/17/2021, I placed an order to move my services to the house my husband and I purchased.  Installation was set for 01/22/2021 between 12p-4p.  At 532p I called to see where the tech was and was told they were en route.  Well after 6p the tech showed up.  She came in with an attitude, no mask on her face, and was basically like, I’m here what do you want.  She walked to one spot in my back yard came back inside and said sorry no signal and walked out the front door.  I immediately called DIRECTV and was told she had canceled the installation due to no signal possible.  I was furious so they scheduled a new appointment for 01/26/2021 8a-12p.  That appointment was rescheduled for 01/30/2021 8a-12p. Tech showed up and walked around our property with my husband.  My husband explained to the tech we were having several trees cut down on 02/03/2021.  Tech said he found a signal but did not want to install it until the trees were cut down.  Tech said he was going to call into dispatch to have the appointment rescheduled to 02/06/2021 8a-12p.  After not hearing anything from DIRECTV about the new date, I called and was told we did not have an appointment for 02/06/2021.  An appointment for 02/11/2021 12p-4p was scheduled.  No tech showed up on 02/11/2021.  I called and another appointment was scheduled for 02/16/2021 8a-12p.  No tech showed up 02/16/2021. Again, I rescheduled now for 02/18/2021 8a-12p.  No tech showed up 02/18/2021.  02/20/2021 I spent 1 hr 45 mins on the phone with a DIRECTV rep trying to figure out what is going on.  For some still unknown reason, my installation appointments are being canceled out.  The rep assured me they had taken all necessary measures to ensure my next appointment would be completed and we should not experience any additional delays, so I scheduled another appointment for today02/24/2021 12p-4p.  I logged into my account and saw my account was canceled.  I immediately called DIRECTV to find out what is going on and spent 1 hr 13 mins being transferred to 5 different people/departments, even speaking with a supervisor to no avail.  The call ended with me being hung up on by the supervisor.  She was supposed to put me on hold but hung up.  I called back 4 other times and got nowhere so I still have no clue what is going on and why I cannot get a tech to show up.  My honest opinion is the first tech that showed up with an attitude has blacklisted my address with her company and they are not taking the order.  My husband and I have taken off work for every installation appointment.  We cannot continue to take time off and not have anyone show up.  There must be someone that can help us get our service installed.  Who can we talk with to get this resolved?!?!?!?!?

The tech or dispatcher has to choose a reason for canceling the work order and anyone can see the reason so what is the reason they're canceling the work order? Unfortunately DirecTV has no control over the techs so there's really nothing that can be done

I was told this evening that my installations are being canceled before they reach a tech.

All CSRs do is bring up the dispatch screen and put in your info then sends/enter it into the system.

Since AT&T took over Directv is has gone down hill. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your viewing pleasure. I have had Directv for 20 years and up until AT&T took over it was great service. Now, not so much. Good luck.
