Help with resolving mixed technology failures and glitches

I am trying to locate the contact information for someone at DirecTV to assist with the above. I have a 7500 square foot home and we have at least 14 boxes of different types-almost all hard wired-but the technology is mixed resulting in various failures, glitches and nonperformance. I need someone from DirecTV to evaluate and resolve-not some cookie utter technician. Surely DirecTV has a department and contact info to address this situation -someone with actual technical expertise to address this situation. HELP PLEASE.

DTV now only allows 8 receivers per residential account. There is only 1 number for tech support 18005315000 and techs are the only ones that install the systems CSRs only read from scripts on their screens.

You need to hire an independent technician to sort this out for you.
