Hisense 58" 58R6E3 direct tv volume button not working
I bought a brand new Hisense 58" 4K TV yesterday 2/15/21 the Directv remote programmed to the TV, as the volume up/down worked. however when I hit select on the "It worked" the volume stopped working immediately after I hit "It Worked?? all the other functions of the remote worked fine and stayed working??

@DIRECTVhelp, thanks for telling me I can use the Reverse Band Slimline 5 LNB with compatible equipment for international programming (WorldDirect) in that other post I asked you in. I will use the Reverse Band Slimline 5 LNB for it. But I don’t know which one to use for International programming. Do you know which Reverse Band Slimline 5 LNB I should use for international programming (WorldDirect)?
