I have programs setup to record via DVR on history channel. So I can watch it live in SD but it records in HD, pixelated. During the day AXSTV is fine but after 5pm pacific time, it gets pixelated. Thanks for your help

Yes, the SD versions of HD non-local channels are as far as I know still operating everywhere.

@TexasBrit yes shannon02 here believes that some SD channels are magically gone in some areas.
