Horrible Reception - Little to None

Have had Directv for less than two months and I'm not impressed.  Since installation (professionially done) we would rarely get certain channels (Food Network, CNN, FX, and a few others).  We would have the ocassional outage of most channels but now we barely can get the major networks.  We have the Sunday Ticket and wouldn't you know it the one NFL game we wanted to watch was a channel that had an error 771.

As of now major (ABC, CBS, etc.) come in but with dropouts and glitzes.

I've tried to get a hold of the installer but he is not returning my calls.  Please advise what can be done, my wife is not happy with me and my decision to get Directv instead of other options.  I'm starting to regret my decision as well.
