How can I return wrong equipment that was sent to me

I ordered two remote controls and my account was charged. However, I received two DECA wireless sets instead. I need to return them and get the item I ordered. I should not be paying for return postage since it is not my mistake. Please advise

You'll need to call DirecTV. Call Centers are currently slammed due to coronavirus staffing issues. Be patient and keep trying.

Might be much faster, and cheaper, to get those remotes on Amazon.
