how long for firmware update

Question

once you opt in, how long does it typically take for an h23 to receive the appropriate firmware update? i've got it networked and everything, but don't have any MRV menu options currently. I opted in on an HR20.

A lot of H23 owners are still waiting for the MRV software update to roll around. We don't know why it's taking so long. Be patient. There's nothing you can do to force it sooner.

The firmware update already happened if you had the option to opt in. If you mean you've opted in on a DVR and are waiting for the H23 firmware, the two are unrelated. The H23 will get an update when its model and location are cleared for it by DirecTV. There appears to be a holdup on the H23s.

I mean that i have an HR20 which had the option to opt in. I opted in earlier this evening. Afterward is claimed that there were no networked receivers, which isn't true because i have a perfectly networked H23/600. In searchign the forums, learned that i still need a firmware update for said H23. Was just curious how long it typically takes people to get this update. I'm in Texas, and from what i am reading seems like the middle of the country has not gotten it yet.
