How to tell which program is from which DVR?

I have noticed that when I play a show from another DVR using Multiroom there is pixilation and fast forward is slower. I have two DVR's HR23 and HR21. They are set up to record the same shows (did this prior to the Multiroom service) so I see two versions of the same program. How can I tell which belongs to which DVR? I would like to watch the best quality. For me that is not the Multiroom product. I have wired both DVRs so its not a wireless issue. Any suggestions on set up? How to prevent duplicate programs?

Name the DVRs and you will see which DVR has which program. The only way to prevent duplicate programs is not to set up the duplicates to record.

Yeah, regarding the duplicates it seems like even though the DVR's are networked for MRV neither one of them "knows" what the other has in it's To Do List scheduled to record. You will have to "manually" avoid scheduling the same programs to be rcorded on both DVR's.

To answer the original question, the way you tell which recording is which is to simply highlight one of the programs in you play "list", then look at the description at the top of the screen. If it's from a remote DVR the name of the DVR will be the first word in the description.
