HR44-500 Receiver
I can’t get my HR44-500 receiver to work in my camper. I have a SWN LNB on my slimline dish but I keep getting error 775. It works fine at home but not in the camper. I was told I need a 21v inserted but I don’t have one on my home setup. The only thing I have at home is a inline connection, coax in and coax out. Not a two way splitter. I was also told that the HR44 has a built in inserter. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The HR44 doesn't have a built in power inserter so you have to have one at home and for the camper. https://www.amazon.com/Formerly-DIRECTV-Volt-Power-Inserter/dp/B005AME7Y8

@HDrider04uc the receiver with the built-in power inserter would be the HR54 series. The HR44 still mandates the use of a power inserter as shannon02 previously stated.

The "inline connection" is the power inserter the hr44 wouldn't work at home without it, you would get the same 775 error message
