I have 4 pieces of return equipment

One of the pieces of equipment has the wrong Model number and Serial Number. I am afraid that AT&T will say that I have not returned the equipment and charge me for the error in their records.

@kenkefe, not to worry, we have you covered.

 

It is very unusual for that to be the case. However, make sure your account information is listed with your return items.

 

Keep your return receipt or tracking number. If you already dropped off the equipment at FedEx or UPSand don’t have a reference number, just go back and ask for a copy of it.
