I have Seattle premium channels in my Semi Truck. How far south can I receive them?

I receive channels 4 through 22 out of Seattle but cannot get them in, say, California but I can in Portland, Oregon.  The satellite beam is focused on the Pacific Northwest so when I travel out of the beam I lose those channels.  My question is how far south in Oregon should I be able to receive my Seattle stations?
