I just bought an ONN Roku TV. I have volume on Directv, but none, on the Roku (streaming) channels. What can I do to solve this?

I have my DirecTV running through a 7 channel Surround sound system. The volume is controlled with the remote for the Surround Sound system, instead of the DirecTV Genie (RC73) remote. I bought a new ONN Roku TV, today. The sound works fine, on DirecTV; but I have NO Sound, on the streaming channels, on Roku. None of them. What can I do to correct? (ONN is not listed on the receiver list of Manufacturers; and so, cannot be programmed).  I don't want to give up the (Pioneer) Surround Sound, because it sounds AWESOME!  HELP!!

Onn is a durabrabrand product. Try one of these codes: 10463, 10180, 10178, 10171, 11034, 10003

I used to be able to use my remote to go to the onn apps like YouTube or Netflix.  I can't anymore.  Can you?  Any suggestions?

I solved my problem by returning the ONN TV. I was told by Direct TV that there are sometimes problems with getting ONN to work with DirecTV. You would think they would tell you that, before you buy one. Thank you for trying to help.

I wish I could return it. I've had it since 2019. The remote worked on everything that morning before we left for work,  but didn't respond at all after we came home.  I'm about 99.9% sure that DirecTV's firmware update caused this sh* show.  I've been considering a switch and fate is pushing me to act. They have increased my bill so much that we're beginning to struggle.  They've got to go! I'll find another company or just stream.
