I want to hook two 18 inch dishes together to get 101 and 119

Good morning chaps

I am pointing at 101 with basic 18 inch dish with dual LNB, I now have a 2nd basic 18 inch dish with dual LNB poinyted at 119, could you please tell me the proper switch that I would need to join these 2 dishes properly.  And also the routing of the wire if that is not too much trouble?
