Input not recognized on TV

When turning on one of my TVs the TV would turn on but not DirecTV. It would say "Input not recognized, try another input". It worked previously then all of a sudden, it didn't recognize any of the inputs. I have 3 other TVs and they all worked fine. I could still get streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) but not any DirecTV.

I tried resetting the box (wireless mini) and the resetting would come up and say it was resetting but in the end, it still would say it didn't recognize any input. I put up with it for 3-4 days and was getting ready to call customer service for tech support then today, all of a sudden it started recognizing the input again.

I know all is well that ends well but I've not had that happen before and was wondering what could have been happening. If it happens again, I won't be waiting around for days hoping it fixes itself.

My wireless mini started doing the same right after the last software update.  Sounds like a bug.  I have/had several other issues as soon as the update was installed.
