Intermittent signal on LOCAL ON AIR CHANNEL 47 etc

No cloudiness...but did notice that SUN appeared in line with Dish/Satellite orientation.

Would this cause signal on these transponders to drop out intermittently?

Other 'cable' channels seemed to be ok.
