Is anything being done?

I came to this forum because I am having issues with partial recordings, the remote not working, programs being deleted immediately after recording, etc. I have to reset all of the time, and it still doesn't really help.

I now see that a lot of people have these same problems, and many of you have called tech services and not really been helped.

So, my question is whether or not DirecTV is doign anything about this. We don't need to be paying for DVR each month if it won't even work. Is DTV even working on these problems?
