Issue with watching recorded shows
When watching recorded shows the picture will freeze and become distorted. This started happening about two weeks ago and is happening more often.

First thing to try is resetting the Receiver/DVR using the red button behind the front panel access card door.

I did reset the receiver/DVR and started recording a new show to see if we still are having the same issue.
