I got an error code of 920 at  9pm EST.  I ran and got  a  diagnostic code of 41-379..... " a cable problem or dish out of alignment" .  Called Directv and they put my call into an ENDLESS LOOP............ Customer Service to Technical Support back to Customer Service.........etc. 

I've repeated my phone number 6 times, voiced my error code 3 times and given my passcode number 3 times to the ROBOVOICE, which then takes me back to " Please say your phone number or enter your account number and tell me what your problem is.  I'm totally disgusted.   I've now been on HOLD after entering #6 for "something else" to speak to customer service for going on 34 minutes and 16 seconds.   I finally hung up

THANKS AT&T............... You've been a disaster ever since you bought Directv.  I've NEVER had as many problems as I've had since you took over.
