Just How Bad Are These Readings

Ever since getting upgraded to the MPEG4 receiver and new dish last year I felt that we were experiencing more rain fade during storms than I was used to. However, when I got the dreaded 771 error the other day when trying to tune in channel 518, I started to look at our signal strengths. The 0 reading on transponder 10 of 103 explains why I couldn't get 518, but a lot of the other readings make me think the original install was less than stellar. Any thoughts on exactly how bad these readings are?

Regards, Dan
