lag on playback after the receiver issue yesterday

is anyone else seeing this? I'm seeing a bad 'lag' if you will when playing back any recordings (or pausing live tv for that matter) since the issues yesterday for everyone.

It's like the frame 'freezes' and then jumps ahead - audio is fine, but the playback of the video is 'skipping' almost -

any thoughts?? thanks!
