Linksys Wireless Router - No Deca

Am I able to connect to the internet without a DECA?  I have Whole Home Services and able to access programming from the various rooms.  I have HR24, H24 and R22 with the DECA attachment.  Also, the Broadband DECA has a coaxial connection and Ethernet.  I take it that ethernet runs to the modem.  But does the Coaxial connect to reciever or a splitter?

Typically, the broadband DECA connects to a splitter port,  the router and to a DECA power supply. The splitter port can be a port on the main splitter or on a 1x2 splitter installed behind a receiver just for the purpose of connecting the broadband DECA.

Can you connect to internet without the Deca? If I connect Linksys router to any reciever it prevents the unit from being recognized by the MRV network.  My thought is the the ip address is different on my wireless network than the mrv network.

You cannot "bridge" the DECA network to your home internet network using a Receiver/DVR's ethernet port.  Your stand alone DECA should be providing that internet connection with its ethernet cable to your home gateway/router.

What exactly is not working with your current setup?  Who installed your Whole Home DVR equipment?

My install was a Whole Home. It came with the HR24, H24 and R22.  But, no DECA. I thought because the order did not state Direct On Demand that the DECA wasn't included. Although the DECA was included with the R22.  My thought is that I am missing the Broadband DECA.

The HR24 and H24 don't need stand-alone DECA modules because DECA is built-in.  But you do need a DECA module to "bridge" the DECA network to your home network/internet connection.  Call DirecTV and get them back to do that for you.
