LNB issue? Pixelating and Cutting Out

We have a DirecTV Genie and two mini Genies. A couple days ago the software updated. Since then we've been having issues with pixelation and cutting out, like happens during storms (but there are no storms).

I troubleshooted yesterday and even had DirecTV support run tests with no success.

In my efforts to figure out the problem I read through some forums and saw that running the satellite signal strength tests and look at individual satellite transponders could give you info on if your LNB needed replacing. After running the tests I saw that 103° (cr) has all zeros. Can anyone with more knowledge tell me if this is a clear sign the LNB needs replacing?

Thanks for posting. Your signal readings look fine. Perhaps you have a loose or corroded coax cable connector at the dish or grounding block outside your house?

As Litzdog911  says, your signals are fine. That seems to indicate you have a transient issue, maybe a connector somewhere is occasionally not making proper connection. Check all the connectors including at the dish. Make sure the LNB cover is not damaged, a small water leak can do this, it works OK when it dries out

Thank you @litzdog911 @TexasBrit I checked all the connections inside and outside the house and tightened them. This seems to have resolved the issue. I so appreciate your help troubleshooting.

They are the reverse band transponders and are not used.

Ignore 99s and 103s, these are spotbeams carrying locals to different cities so some will be low or even zero depending on where you live.

post back with your 101 and the other 99/103 signal readings and let's see what they show us.

On what channels is this happening?  Perhaps it's a broadcaster issue?

@litzdog911 It's happening on all the channels we've tried. Oddly, during the day yesterday it seemed to calm down. Then, last night it was pixelating again. This morning it was pixelating and cutting out. It's happening on all of the TVs (3). I will look at the dish when I'm done with work. I suspect it's something with the dish since it's impacting all the TVs and resetting and other troubleshooting methods didn't fix it.
