Local channels freezing

Can you post some kind of Helpful information on why our local channels are pixalating and freezing? Based on all the posts I can find this problem is happening in San Deigo, Detriot, Louisanna, Oklahoma and Iowa. Everytime the standard company response is send the transponder numbers? Everyones numbers are good, including my. I had to call for service and I have to wait seven days until they can send someone out. I've had to deal with this problem for two weeks hoping it would clear up. Since this is obviously is more than an isolated problem can't you post what is fixing it so we can benefit from someone elses misery?
