Same problem here. Worked yesterday afternoon. Went out last night and still out. Message is experiencing technical difficulties. No need to call in service restored shortly. Wondering if carriage agreement problems again.

It looks like WCAX channel 3 in Vermont had a tower fire in Stowe. They have restored service to Comcast but not to everyone else yet. Most likely the problem here.
