Maximum locations limit reached ONE (1)

I added another genie mini to my house. It connects easily and the pin from server is accepted but it stops and I get a notice that my account maximum limit for locations has been reach ONE (1). I'm supposed to have up to 7 and after 3 chats with support I'm in worse spot because they said delete my other location and don't worry you won't lose TV there...bullsh*t. Now my new wireless genie mini work but my hardwired original off SNB genie mini cannot connect because maximum limit of locations reached! Hate being lied to (in writing) by 2nd tier support tech!

Call and make sure your additional mini is authorized on your account more than likely its not hence the "maximum " 1 location. Minis have to be activated on the account AND in your system

did you get the new mini from directv, it sounds like it is not registered on your account?
